What are your hours of business?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Evening appointments can be scheduled other than hours above.
Are you open on Saturday?
Yes, our Saturday hours are 10-2:00 pm. If you need to meet outside of these hours, please call for an appointment.
How do you charge for your services?
We charge by the hour. An hourly fee will be negotiated that is appropriate for the project.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards.
Do you accept telephone consultations?
Yes. We will ask for your credit card when the call comes in. It is best to limit a telephone consultation to one hour or less.
Do you space plan for businesses?
Yes. We work with AutoCAD with your architect's blueprints or your blueprints. For accuracy, it is best to always work from a blueprint. We collaborate with architects and other professionals.
Can we contract with you to write specifications for our business project?
Yes.
Do you prepare bidding documents?
Yes.
Can you do a total turnkey project so that you will have a minimum of companies with which to work?
Yes. We are open directly with manufacturers from which orders are placed for furnishings whether residential or commercial projects.
Do you reupholster existing furniture?
Yes.
Do you work outside Ohio?
Yes, if the existing or new project is appropriate.
Do you deliver? What do you charge?
Yes we deliver. Charges again are appropriate to the distance and mileage.
What guarantees are on your products?
The guarantees vary with each manufacturer. For example: Our leather recliner mechanisms are usually guaranteed for life.
